Panoramic and cephalometric digital imaging, plain and contrast radiography, color Doppler echocardiography for heart and vascular studies, shadow imaging of the kidneys, ureters, and stomach, surface and abdominal ultrasound, retrograde cystography for studying structures and obstructions in elderly patients, mammography and breast ultrasound for early detection of breast lesions and tumors, and bladder imaging using retrograde cystography to study the vesicoureteric reflux in cases of urinary tract infections.

- Regularly and properly sterilize medical tools and equipment before using them with new patients.
- Ensure good ventilation in clinics through ventilation systems.
Apply disinfection procedures to all surfaces and clinic equipment, and inform the sterilization team if there are known or suspected infection cases to take appropriate actions.

We have implemented a dedicated software system to securely store patient data within the center's services. Only the supervising physician has access to this information. Additionally, internal controls ensure the confidentiality of reservation information by the visitor care team.
- No Smoking Inside the Center: This is not only for your health but also to maintain a clean and acceptable environment for everyone.
- Avoid Strong Perfumes: Using strong-smelling perfumes inside the center can trigger coughing or asthma attacks, especially for children.
- Restroom Etiquette: Avoid using restrooms for changing clothes or applying cosmetics. Some visitors use these facilities for medical purposes, such as lab sample collection or post-general or gynecological ultrasound bladder emptying.
- Hand Sanitization: Use the provided sanitizers to disinfect your hands, especially after touching surfaces, to prevent the spread of infections and ensure the health and safety of all visitors.
- General Quiet Rules: Help maintain a quiet environment, which contributes to the quality of services.
Despite the high level of cleanliness and regular surface sanitization (every 12 hours), visitors to Dummar Medical Center should avoid consuming food inside the center. This precaution ensures their safety and the well-being of other patients. Food odors can be bothersome to fellow patients and may affect the quality of services provided by the center's staff.
To save time for our valued visitors, insurance patients should arrive 15 minutes early before their clinic appointment to complete insurance procedures. Please bring your insurance card and personal identification, and promptly proceed with the insurance formalities with our visitor care team.
Being just 5 minutes late for your appointment can cause subsequent delays for other appointments. Please arrive early to respect your time, the physician's time, and the time of other patients.
